Hi. I made this again this weekend, this time in muffin kind- couldn't resist trying. I used peeled Honeycrisps readily available, however I think I’ll use a barely tarter apple subsequent time. Excellent with Honeycrisps! Swapped some questionable Greek yogurt from the far depths of the fridge for the bitter cream - nonetheless good! I discovered this recipe I really preferred so I made it immediately. I adopted the recipe as written and even with an overmixed dough it still came out tender and delicious. I know this shouldn't get me down personally as a result of I'm not even there and have nothing to do with that, however It's so FUCKING EMBARRASSING.
